All PANDORA jewelry products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets and will void the warranty. PANDORA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-PANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Pandora recommends the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance coverage is advisable on all valuable jewelry.
Faulty or damaged items should be returned to a PANDORA retailer so they can be sent to PANDORA’s Repairs and Services Department for evaluation. PANDORA offers repair service, which includes clasps replacement, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps. A small fee may be required for repairs made for items outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase.

Your Skagen watch has a limited lifetime warranty through Skagen. Having the battery replaced, for example, is normally a very quick and easy process. If you choose to include an email address on the form, you will receive email updates on the status of your watch, including when it was received and when it’s on its way back.

INTERNATIONAL LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your SKAGEN DENMARK® watch is protected by an International Limited Lifetime Warranty under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Battery, glass, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed crystals and other embellishments
- Damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents, and normal wear and tear.
In case of defects covered by the warranty, your SKAGEN DENMARK® watch will, at the sole option of the service center, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized, except for mesh band or link band adjustment. You may have greater rights under local laws.
Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. If work is done under the warranty, the SKAGEN DENMARK dealer or service center may charge for postage and handling. REPAIRS IN THE U.S.
Components covered under the warranty will be repaired, or the watch will be replaced, at the sole discretion of Metro Service Center, free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. An return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
