Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases:
An order confirmation will be emailed to you within one business day of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder to make sure it hasn’t been filtered. You may also call us at 616.392.4707 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your order.
Changes & Cancellations:
Call or email us right away if you need to make a change to your order. Once an order has been processed through USPS changes cannot be made. Sorry, but we do not allow cancellations of orders.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item we offer store credit or exchange only. We will issue you a gift card in equal value to the item you purchased (excluding the original shipping cost as well as the shipping cost to send the replacement). All sale and discounted items and Special Orders are final sale. Returns must be sent in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of package. Please send us the unused item(s), packaged properly, and sent prepaid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior approval. Returns should include a copy of your original order form and be shipped to the following address:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, we do not cover shipping costs to send back a returned item or issue a refund for the original shipping costs. Once we receive your returned package in good form, we will process your refund. Again, you will only be refunded for the amount of the product(s) being returned, not for the shipping.
Apothecary Gift Shop reserves the right to make changes and updates to products without any notification to the customer. These updates and changes may include, but are not limited to: product description, price, and shipping cost.
If a product you purchase is backordered or out-of-stock, we will contact you via email within 24 hours.
